● How early should we contact / engage GD?
At Guess Developments we’re all about the finer details and therefore would like to be involved in your project as early as possible in order to fully realise your vision.

● Can GD offer assistance in the design/planning stage?
We’re design enthusiasts and pride ourselves in the ability to confidently take your project from conception to completion. We’ll sit down with you to thoroughly understand your vision and provide you with our recommendations and guidance to see each step a success.

● How long will my build take?
Ultimately the timeline of your build will depend on the scale and complexity involved in the project. In order to deliver a streamlined end-to-end process for you, we’ll define a construction timeline at the onset, providing all parties with weekly updates throughout the build. This way you always know where things are up to and what decisions are required along with an accurate completion date firmly in sight.

● Can I live on-site during our renovation?
Again, this will depend heavily on the scale and complexity of your project — although this is perfectly possible in some smaller renovations, we generally will advise our clients against this as it can cause delays in the timeline and can be quite disruptive to your day-to-day life.

● How will GD keep us up to date with the progress of our build?
Communication is everything. That’s why we provide all our clients with 24/7 access to their own project management portal where daily logs and weekly site meeting notes are published.

In short, as little or as much as you want throughout, however we highly encourage you to be as involved as possible throughout the design / selections phase. We understand that when building your dream home the list of decisions and selections can be quite daunting, but can assure you that we have the knowledge and passion to guide you through this exciting process in a positive, stress-free way— its often the most enjoyable part!

● How does GD maintain quality on site?

In addition we guarantee the overall quality of your project by only working with the best sub-contractors whom we have personally sourced and developed relationships with over a number of years. ● What are GD’s m2 rates?
With so many variables to consider in bespoke architectural construction, broadly applying a m2 rate simply doesn’t produce accurate pricing. Therefore our approach is uniquely tailored to your project with a detailed quote produced breaking down every stage of the project with absolute transparency. There are no hidden costs to worry about when working with GD.
